    Selected applicants meet with the School Director to discuss pedagogy, innovation mindset, and alignment with the school’s academic philosophy and culture.

    Step 04

    Interview with Management

    Final-stage candidates interact with the senior management team to explore long-term goals, growth opportunities, and mutual expectations before receiving the official offer to join the 10X family.
